Our homes are manufactured to order through our partnership with a local reputable home builder. They build to our specification, so every appliance is matched to the solar, battery, and inverter system it will run on. The conversation where most off-grid builds go wrong is finished before your foundation is poured.

The trades are already coordinated

​Our contractors work as one team on one schedule. We install the energy system first, so when your home arrives, it ties into electrical infrastructure that already exists. No one waits on anyone. No one improvises around anyone.

The liability is ours, not yours

Most solar companies avoid off-grid work entirely. If they undersize a grid-tied system, your bill runs a little high. If they undersize an off-grid system, you have no power. We take that responsibility on because we have the experience.

People do laundry while the dishwasher runs and the AC fights an August afternoon. We size inverter output for simultaneous loads, so normal life never trips your whole house offline.

Because our homes are built to order, no appliance arrives that the energy system was not designed for. Nothing gets ripped out. Nothing gets replaced. Nothing surprises you after move-in.

We calculate what your home needs, then build in excess. Off-grid systems fail at the edges: the cold snap, the houseguests, the door left open with the heat running. Margin is what absorbs the edges.

A whole-home generator stands behind everything

Solar is your first tier. Batteries are your second. A whole-home propane generator, AC-coupled into your inverters, is your third. If your batteries ever drop below 20 percent, the system starts the generator on its own and rapid-charges the bank back to full in about an hour.

Consultation

An in-depth conversation about the off-grid process. We walk through packages, discuss your goals, and find the right fit for your budget and lifestyle.

Estimate

An official turnkey estimate — total construction costs, modeled monthly payments if financed. Land purchase optional at this stage.

Pre-Approval

We connect you with our finance partner. If land is part of the plan, you'll know your lending power on the land loan before you shop.

Land Purchase

Our in-house real estate agent and lending partner work together to secure your East Texas property through a land loan.

Construction

We get to work. Using a construction loan from our lending partners. Typical turnaround: 6–10 weeks.

Freedom

Our finance partners wrap your land and construction loans into a 30-year fixed mortgage. We hand over the keys. No utility bills. No grid outages. Just independence.
